Our May Quilt Guild meeting is a guided tour of the Tread of Pioneers Museum! When was the last time you visited the museum? This is a little gem in the middle of our sweet town.
The heart of the museum is a 1901 Queen Anne-style Victorian home with turn-of-the-century furnishings. We’ll explore exhibits that tell the local story of Native Americans, the history of skiing, agriculture, mining, pioneer settlement, town development, as well as our distinct Western Heritage.
Katie, our tour guide from the museum, has generously offered to give us guided a tour.
Our May Quilt Guild Meeting will be held AT the Tread of Pioneer Museum at 6:30pm. The museum is located at 800 Oak Street - on the corner of Oak and 8th Street.
Join us for an interesting evening exploring their unique exhibits. Go check out their website at www.treadofpioneers.org.
